It is with great pleasure that I announce the immediate availability, in six languages (English, Italian, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and German), of one of my most important books: ACTIVE ASTROLOGY.
A little history.
The first Italian edition of the book — conceived as a work in its own right rather than as a collection of chapters scattered throughout my previous books — dates back to 1998. It was published by Edizioni Mediterranee and consisted of 140 pages.
I published the second edition directly in French (Astrologie Active) in 2011. It runs to 192 pages and was magnificently translated by Claudine Galtieri, a very dear friend of mine and a professor of French Literature at the University of Naples “L’Orientale.”
In my opinion, this remains the finest edition in terms of translation.
The third edition, available both in print and in Kindle format, was published in 2024 (Active Astrology) and consists of 212 pages.
Today, the book is available in the six languages mentioned above. Two of these — English and French, referring to the second edition in terms of the chronology of its contents — are available both in print and digitally.
Why do I consider this book so important?
Because, objectively speaking, it represents a new Northwest Passage: a bridge between mythology, analytical psychology, symbolism, and astrology. Through many dozens of practical examples, I explain what it means to “exorcise a symbol” — one of the two fundamental paradigms of Active Astrology, together with the technique of the aimed Solar Returns and aimed Lunar Returns.
Since I am writing as an astrologer and addressing other astrologers, I would like to draw your attention to the considerable difficulties this volume has encountered, over more than a quarter of a century, in connection with its various editions and publications.
The first astonishing sign — at least for those who are not particularly familiar with the tricks our unconscious sometimes plays on us — concerns the French edition: I kept it “in a drawer” for several years, convinced that my friend Claudine Galtieri was still working on it…
Then the symbol became more insistent…
Indeed, I have repeated and overwhelming evidence that the American edition, which eventually saw the light of day in 2024, was strongly obstructed by a powerful group within the astrological world — and here, I would say, it would be best not to ask me any questions.
Finally, as the icing on the cake, as many of you know, from mid-August until today I have published dozens upon dozens of new editions of my books, in six languages, starting from their English editions. Nevertheless, in my bibliography I continue to state that I have published more than 150 books: I have not added a single one of the volumes produced during the past two weeks, nor will I add the many others that I still hope to publish.
But — incredible as it may seem! — the magnificent system developed by Kindle Translate, when it reached this particular book, suddenly ground to a halt. For two weeks, several senior members of the service were unable to understand the reason for the blockage, which was finally overcome only last night…

I need an advice for an aimed solar return of my sister. However I have a problem: there is an ambiguity between the timing of the birth certificate and the memory of my mother. I had my first SR last year, and I’m trying to convince my sister to go too. She didn’t read your books, but I suggested her to go anyway. But the only place she would go would be one she desired, so I couldn’t suggest her a more suitable place for a better return.
Birth details:
28 September 1994, Lanciano
Case A: 6:00 AM (memory of my mother)
Case B: 4:10 AM (birth certificate)
In the base SR of the case A, we can see Mars in the first house. In the base SR of the case B we don’t have this problem, but we have an ASC of revolution in the 10th house, with Neptune opposite to the Sun.
She always wanted to go to Sevilla. In Sevilla, for both the cases, we don’t have much problem, but I see that her ASC of revolution falls in the 9th house, very near the 10th house (and Uranus on the ascendant of SR for the case B).
Now my question is: since my sister is not convinced like me about solar returns, is worth that she goes in Sevilla (the only place where she would go) risking of that Neptune opposition with ASC near the 10th house, or it’s just a wasted effort?

What you’re suggesting is Russian roulette, and you can’t ask me to play it with you.
You’ll have to study for years—I think—using the right books to correct your sister’s birth time, and then, once you’re almost certain of the time, you can proceed.

But I also have a very valuable tip for you: if your sister was born in a hospital or clinic, your mother’s admission report may still exist, and there you can find the precise chronology of events: admitted at X o’clock, contractions began at Y o’clock, she entered the delivery room at W o’clock, and she gave birth at Z o’clock… In that case, it’s hard to go wrong.

I seem to recall months ago that I recommended a specific spot in that part of the world where you could get a very, very good ASR for your health.
I also seem to recall you telling me you hadn’t found any hotels in that area, and I suggested you search social media for people who live in that part of the world and ask them for a night’s stay.
I also advised you, if you couldn’t find volunteers, to rent a car and stay there, in the car, upon your return.
Now you’re suggesting three locations that, I believe, we’ve already discussed. In this case, if you don’t want or can’t do as I suggested, choose any of the three because they’re all less good than the others, and I wouldn’t be here making rankings.

Then I recommend you go to Butte du Cape Park in Newfoundland, or the closest point to it. As I said, I don’t think you’ll find accommodation there, and it would be best to rent a car and stay there from at least an hour before your solar return to an hour after.
