The second edition of my photojournalism book, *NEW YORK NEW YORK*, is now available in English. It spans 208 pages—all in full color with Premium Color printing—and measures 8.25 x 6 inches.
At the same time, I was able to release the Kindle edition, as well as digital versions of the book in Italian, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and German.
What can I say about New York?
It is undoubtedly one of the world’s most extraordinary cities—a metropolis that pulses with life twenty-four hours a day; you can have dinner, eat breakfast, or shop in brick-and-mortar stores at any hour, day or night.
I have been there so many times I’ve lost count…
My father was born there—in fact, it will be 110 years ago in just a few days. Many of my cousins and their families live there, too.
Even though I haven’t exactly received a warm welcome at border control in recent years, nothing can sour my relationship with the Big Apple. Whenever I return for a stay of at least two or three days, I feel compelled to revisit MoMA and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge—yet again—strictly at dawn, heading from Brooklyn toward the city’s southernmost tip.
I also love revisiting the revolving restaurant amidst the skyscrapers of Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and a hundred other equally iconic spots.
And a helicopter tour over the Big Apple’s skyscrapers is an absolute must!
Skipping it would be like visiting Naples without stopping by the Sansevero Chapel.
