I think you would do well to consider Diring, Russia, a few kilometers east of Yakutsk. I spent my 2024 RSM in Washington, DC; it delivered on all positives (inheritance, sale of real estate, romantic and social life) but unfortunately the negative stellium in the 3rd house delivered bullying in the workplace, gossip attempting at my reputation, a ‘promotion’ that has reduced me to purely administrative tasks, very little financial gain.
I would like to improve my professional situation (I am open to relocate to finally reach some stability), protect/improve my finances (there are risks related to a back-log on taxes received as part of my inheritance) and if possible cement the romantic relationship.
Generally speaking, I would appreciate your opinion on which destination is the most ‘protective’ and positive.

In fact, we can’t even consider the Melnikovo Tomsk Oblast, Russia solution because, in addition to violating an important part of the 34 rules (the AS would fall in the first House of SR), it would also give you Saturn on the cusp of the sixth/seventh House.

Dear Master, I would like to ask you advise on the solar return of a very good friend born 30.071968 at 7.40 am in Erba (Como). She is ill with cancer since few years. After terrible years she started 2 years ago to do RSM and now apparently the cancer is in regression. I need to indicate her the new destination for this year with the hope that will be the year here the doctors could decollare her out of the hook. However am not convinced. I found these two optionas: 1 Cheboygan ( Michigan) and 2 SaultSainte Marie Ontario. They are very similar and have venus and jupiter in 6 house. I also tried to put venus in cuspis with the 5 house, as since she is ill she is also having problems with his long time boy-friend. However the two options have pluto in the first house. This is the aspect that it is worrying me. For this reason I would like to check it as i did not find another suitable option that could better protect her health.

I am writing to ask for clarification on an old RSM of mine that disappointed expectations.
For the RSM 2022-2023 taken on December 31, 2022, I moved to Budapest where I had Ascendant, Sun and stellium (Sun, Venus, Pluto and Mercury) in the 5th house with Neptune in the 7th and Jupiter in the 8th house. I also had Saturn in the 6th house, Moon and Uranus in the 9th house and Mars in the 10th house.
I expected many intimate encounters and experiences but things went differently.
1) I chatted with a Tunisian woman (a practicing Muslim with a veil) who later preferred to join the one I thought was a friend. In addition, this person kicked me out of the association that we had founded together. I expected Neptune in the 7th house to express itself with a union with a very religious woman and instead it was a double betrayal.
2) I met a Palestinian (also Muslim but not a practicing fundamentalist) who disappeared and reappeared until we slept together one night but with zero physical understanding.
3) I didn’t play video games but I went to the bar where I met the Palestinian almost every day with the aim of meeting other women but nothing happened.
In September I moved to Barcelona (Uranus in the 9th house) but I had serious difficulties finding work (Saturn in the 6th house) and emancipating myself. I expected to meet women here too but nothing happened despite going out often and living in a structure with mixed users.
How could this trend be explained? That year I also did some RLMs with 5th house values.

I found Addis Abeba where both jupiter and venus are at my ascendant but the ascendant is in the first house and it is not right As an alternative I found Gibuti where only venus is at the ascendant but jupiter is nonetheless in the gaqueline zone. Vipsania, here there are several problems together. One problem is that the AS of LR falls in the first radix House. A second problem is that there are three stars (Venus, Jupiter and Mercury) between the twelfth House and the first House. A third problem is that if you put Venus too close to the Ascendant, this Venus will also work in the twelfth House and will bring you problems from loved ones. In some cases, if you don’t find anything better, you can accept the first two problems, but why add the third? To eliminate the third, it is enough to raise the AS a little and make it coincide exactly with Jupiter, leaving Venus lower. In my opinion, it would be harmful for you to travel all the way to Bangkok to have the LR’s AS fall into the sixth House.
In Tobago, again due to what has already been said, you could lose Venus in the second house and place Jupiter quite far from the AS.
I recommend, instead, NORTH CAICOS (TURKS AND CAICOS), where Jupiter is almost zero degrees from the AS and where there are no contraindications, even if your birth time were slightly different from the one you are using.
