Sono appena venuto a conoscenza del fatto che il Tribunale di Venezia, Seconda Sezione Civile, Presidente Dott.ssa Lisa Micochero e Giudice Dott.ssa Tania Vettore, ha condannato il Sindaco di Vigonovo che ero stato costretto a citare in giudizio lo scorso maggio, perché si è ripetutamente rifiutato di inviarmi gli estratti di nascita (per riassunto) di Giulia Cecchettin, di Davide Cecchettin e di Elena Cecchettin.
Il Tribunale di Venezia ha anche condannato il comune di Vigonovo a rifondere le spese di lite sostenute dal sottoscritto in euro 1700.
Nei quattro screenshot che seguono è spiegata, con le parole della Corte, tutto quanto accaduto e quindi non lo ripeto.
Qui, oggi, desidero solo esprimere un mio giudizio sulla vicenda: ogni cittadino è uguale davanti alla Legge e né gli Ufficiali di Stato Civile né i Sindaci di ogni comune del territorio nazionale possono decidere a chi rilasciare e a chi no documenti che spettano a chiunque ne faccia richiesta.
Mi auguro che molti comprendano il valore che tale atto avrà nella giurisprudenza italiana, anche relativamente a quei comuni dove fino a ieri si pensava vi fossero “cittadini intoccabili” ovvero “protetti” da presunte forze politiche al di sopra del Diritto.
Chi si intende di questioni legali, sa bene che ho rischiato, pur vincendo il giudizio, di dover pagare diverse migliaia di euro se la Giudice avesse deciso per la compensazione delle spese.
E questo, oltre allo stress ed all’attenzione che ho dovuto mettere in tale impresa.
Sono assai grato al Tribunale di Venezia ed ai miei avvocati Manuel Girola e Luca Di Gaetano per tutto.
Do per scontato, invece, che non riceverò neanche un grazie da Allievi/e e Colleghi/e e su ciò non contavo minimamente.

I am very glad of your victory. I have a tecnica question: if I am not wrong you have saturn and neptune in your 7 house of RSM. I interpret this sa problems with law but you on the contrari had a success. How do you interpret saturn and neptune in 7?I was worried to take the same aspetct on mine as I am a lawyer and i was worried to lose cases at court. Or having problems with my partners in the lawfirm and with my husband. How do you unterpret saturn and neptune in the 7 house for a lawyer ? How can it be esorcised? My destination is Dallas ((Texas) 17.12.64, Rimini 16.37. Do you agree with the choice?

yes, as you say, the choice of my last ASR in the Brazilian jungle is closely linked to the success achieved in the Venice court ruling in relation to the release of registry certificates to all citizens who request them. But, contrary to what many people think, my plan was not to lose a dispute in court, but to win a legal competition by placing Saturn and Neptune in the seventh House. In fact, as I have written in many books, since the dawn of the birth of Active Astrology, these two planets in the seventh House can mean “a great, very great, commitment for a victory in court”. This, however, is downstream of two equally important truths: the law was on my side, in this case, and I also added to the scene a Jupiter close to the Medium Coeli of Solar Return.

For two reasons, I would say. The first is that the 34 rules cannot be changed at will and in this case a big one has been violated: three stars in the sixth House (Neptune is the cusp) and, secondly, because he is “at peace”, in the sense that no one can take away his (in the sense of possession and property) Giulia. And now he lives in a protective shell in which he is defended by everything and everyone, even by journalists.

Just seeing your posts on Turetta, a question arose that I would like to put to you. You rightly pointed out that the judgement came in the 20 days before the birthday (a rule you brilliantly explained in your publications): the salient events of the year very often – i.e. by a significant statistical margin – happen in the 20 days before or after the birthday. I would like to ask you something about the lunar return in which the striking fact happens, both for the person experiencing the fact and for those close to him : Does the lunar return necessarily have to have striking values (an ascendant in the tenth – positive or negative – or bad values of the 1, 6, 12 house) or can the thing happen even with neutral values which merely describe the fact (for example, a birth in the family with ‘simple’ fifth/seventh/fourth values, or a conspicuous income of money with second values, an important fact for a brother with third values)? If I understand correctly, what affects it most is the approach of the solar return and its energy, but, of course, if you can contribute your own enlightening considerations, that would be great! But without forgetting the role of “starter” that fast transits have within the absolute power Solar Return/Lunar Return, as I have described in hundreds of examples, starting with my “New Treatise on Astrology”. I am really very little interested in this topic that concerns a very small percentage of travelers: I do not consider it useful to invest months (or years) of my time on this topic. However, I can say two things about it: A) During many of my ASRs and ALRs I found myself flying at about 9000 meters above the ground (knowing that this would happen, due to flight schedules) and, in the following period, I never found the slightest difference compared to the situation on the ground; B) Why should I dedicate so much of my time to this topic if 99% of those who believe they do Active Astrology even get their calculations wrong if they have their feet on the ground?

No, that’s not the case. I have asked for and obtained many birth certificates, even of famous people born in Milan, and I certainly could not show any power of attorney that I do not have… However, it seems to me that this service is only available to citizens who live in the municipality of Milan.
