Fragments of Woke Thought and Garlasco 3, by Ciro Discepolo.
It’s legitimate, I’d almost say physiological, that dozens and dozens of criticisms converge on a case like this, some of them even justified, but mixed with the core elements of woke thought, in one of its degenerations, which ends up intertwined with the credo of the most prominent flat-earthers.
And, in my opinion, the first thing we should consider is that all past trials, small and large, if revisited under the magnifying glass of programs like “The Monday Trial,” will present critical issues, especially if skilled hosts orchestrate the whole thing along with a specific part of that story, a part that has nothing but to gain from sowing doubt among millions of viewers.
This is especially true in the case of the massacre of poor Chiara Poggi, and let’s recall some key moments from this remake.
1) Let’s not forget, it all began the day before Andrea Sempio’s 2025 birthday. For the astrological reasons I’ve already described, he can be likened, according to a common thread, to the “real or imaginary” cases of Franz Kafka and Enzo Tortora, to choose two very representative ones. Do you remember how this remake began? A massive presence, in just a few hours, on major Italian crime shows, of Alberto Stasi’s new defense team, left everyone speechless when he announced that the Pavia Prosecutor’s Office had re-instated Andrea Sempio’s case in the register of suspects, especially because “the world’s leading geneticist,” “through a new test,” had determined that Sempio’s DNA was present around poor Chiara’s fingernails. Let’s never forget this starting point. It then took several days to realize that it was almost certainly a hoax. And, even if the matter hasn’t been fully resolved before a judge, there are absolutely no grounds for it to be interpreted in this way.
2) Immediately afterward, another damning piece of evidence was presented: Andrea Sempio’s “bloody” fingerprint next to the victim’s body. A second hoax of stratospheric proportions, which, despite significant precedents for the multiplication of loaves and fishes, will fail miserably, especially because no one will be able to turn 6 or 7 fingerprint details into fifteen! But, in the meantime, a good portion of the population is already crying foul, and many are wondering why waste any more time and why, instead, a more fair and practical hanging in the street isn’t being carried out.
3) We were assured that the garbage test would prove the presence of other murderers who, before proceeding with their dirty work, had sipped tea with the victim, just minutes before the execution: another elephantine own goal that demonstrated, if proof were still needed, that the only person present at the crime scene was the convicted Alberto Stasi.
4) But, fear not: here, immediately, is another rock-solid piece of evidence, freshly baked that day: the DNA of Unknown Person 3, “accomplice of Stasi and Sempio,” whose DNA was in the mouth of the poor girl killed on August 13, 2007. Don’t forget the script and the scenography of the presentation of this evidence: a lawyer warning the public: “And this isn’t about contamination!”, accompanying these prophetic words with no less than five distinct gestures of the index finger of his left hand (or was it his right?).
5) Even this enormous new, groundbreaking piece of evidence ended miserably…
6) But fear not: for flat-earthers, there’s a huge reservoir of evidence at their disposal. It’s a shame, however, that suggestions aren’t proof, and asking, for example, even in this case, whether Lee Harvey Oswald was the real assassin of John Kennedy is certainly suggestive and expendable in terms of thrilling narrative, but it remains only a suggestion.
7) Still in the realm of suggestions. There was more than one assassin. And who says so? There’s not a shred of evidence for that. At the crime scene, in a year when drones couldn’t yet be used to kill people, a single size 42 shoe print was found, not “multiple footprints.”
8) It’s said that one person alone wasn’t enough to harm poor Chiara like that: and why? Read the documents from the conviction: it’s certain that the girl opened the door to someone she knew, in her pajamas, and as soon as she turned her back, she received the first, almost fatal, blow to the back of the head. The rest is fantasy. It doesn’t take hours to inflict such cruelty on a dying girl.
9) Someone points out: “Do you realize the ferocity involved?” Yes, and this is the main reason that pins the crime down as a local crime and rules out the possibility of the passing vacuum cleaner salesman.
10) But everyone clearly sees the inconsistency between Stasi’s account and the facts! Of course not: because, as written in the conviction, the Convicted Man described the scene he had left, with Chiara still free of blood. Only in the following hours did the poor girl die, still bleeding and sliding down the cellar stairs.
11) If we then turn to astrology, the true Supreme Court, this tells us that the culprit is Alberto Stasi and that Andrea Sempio has absolutely nothing to do with this matter.
12) But several errors were made in the investigation! Sure, but do we also want to say that these errors favored the convicted man? There were bloody fingerprints on the victim’s pajamas, and they were rendered useless by turning her body over. Alberto Stasi told the fib that he had climbed over a two-meter wall, and no one among the investigators attempted to verify whether this was true. The trash on Alberto Stasi’s computer was accidentally emptied by the Carabinieri: but who benefited from that emptying? The black bicycle, never declared by the convicted man, was deliberately not seized, and we could go on…
13) And the Cappa twins? What do the Cappa twins have to do with this? We have a murderer and a certain innocent man. What’s the point of adding alleged perpetrators to the crime scene? Anyway, for the record, as I’ve already written, I requested their birth certificates two months ago, which I received a few days ago, with great difficulty. Clearly, these two documents contain incorrect birth details. I’m certain these are formal errors and that there’s no conspiracy behind them. I’ve reported these errors to the Registry Office and haven’t received a response. After the August bank holiday, which lasts weeks here, I’ll wait for the Sant’Ambrogio long weekend and the Christmas holidays, which, as everyone knows, last over a month. Then, if they force me, I’ll have to take legal action, but this will only serve to provide overwhelming and definitive proof of Paola and Stefania Cappa’s innocence in the crime in question.
14) The question of Lee Harvey Oswald in the assassination of John Kennedy remains open. But that’s another story.
Ciro Discepolo.
Milan, August 16, 2025

Dear Ciro,
yesterday I came back From Rajkot -India-, where I have done my lunar return. My focus is money.
I really appreciate your opinion about that.
Many thanks,
Max
Milano 11-03-1970 -15,20 – RS Jeddah
I see you’ve chosen to place Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter in the Eighth House, which, in addition to being a serious violation of the 34 rules (no three stars in the eighth), exposes the Eighth House to the potential bistable effect of Jupiter. You’ve stated on other occasions that you especially want your money sector to function well.
Now, it’s true that this is a Lunar Return and not a Solar Return, but I wonder: why go all the way to India, with the critical issues I mentioned, and not choose, as an alternative, for example, a location like Mumbai, which, among other things, would have meant a much easier trip, resulting in only Mercury and Venus falling into the Eighth House, thus leaving out both the Sun and Jupiter?
Dearest Ciro,
I ask for your precious help to see if in my very next solar return it’s possible to “save the goat and the cabbage” (obviously, protect my health, but also favor my financial situation; also to favor the success of a lawsuit over an inheritance) and make the most of Jupiter’s upcoming transit in my natal 10th house.
I was born at 7:10 AM on October 11, 1963, in Lisbon.
I considered some Mexican locations on the Pacific coast, but I couldn’t find any solutions there to keep Pluto adequately out of the sixth house and Saturn out of the eighth without losing the beneficial influence of Venus on the second house.
I considered Vietnam, because I’de have Venus on the seventh/eighth cusp and Jupiter in the sixth, but there I fear Saturn and Neptune in the second, as well as Pluto in the 12th.
I also considered the southwest coast of India, where Venus is on the 8th/9th cusp and Saturn is on the 3rd; but there, in addition to having Pluto on the 1st, I couldn’t place Jupiter on the 6th/7th cusp.
Sure you’ll find the best solution for me, i thanks you a lot for any advice you’ll give me.
Best regards
Ana
Ana, I definitely recommend Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
There, you’ll remove Saturn and Neptune from the eighth House, leave Venus on the second/third House cusp (choosing which hotel to stay in with MyAstral), and, in addition, place Jupiter very close to the Ascendant, thus maximally protective of your health and more.
What we can’t avoid, in Puerto Vallarta, which has an excellent sky for almost everything, is Pluto, which is in the seventh House, but is also on the sixth cusp.
However, as I’ve written many times, Pluto in the sixth, when it’s associated with years of economic, professional, and social growth for us, can also be very beneficial.
Best wishes.
P.S. Beware anyone who might wish to exclude the US or other countries in such a search: you’d be entering a valley of tears… And then consider that almost every country in the world has gone “crazy” right now, and, as I wrote last June, they held me up for several minutes at passport control in the Azores (Schengen area), perhaps because everyone in the world fears that we Italians want to move to their countries “to enjoy their fantastic healthcare.”
Dearest Maestro,
thank you so much for your invaluable help and advices.
Best regards,
Ana
Good morning, Maestro,
I wrote to you about my previous ER, which ended with surgery for retinal detachment.
I booked a return flight to Heraklion for the 27th. I don’t know if I’ll be able to leave because there’s still gas in my eye. Therefore, I can’t afford to leave early. The return flight leaves exactly 1:30 after the RS. The question is: is that enough of a difference?
Last question: my last RL indicated Venus and Jupiter in the fifth gear: obviously, no fun or love, I was forced to stay at home, and the person I loved left.
My birth date is: Modena, August 28, 1977, 12:57 AM. I should point out that the time on the extract is 1:05 AM and that the time was corrected by one of your students.
Thank you in advance for your help, because I’m truly in a state of total depression. Elisa
I’m sorry, Elisa, about your depressive state. Unfortunately, even people I love dearly prefer to rely asking to an horoscoper rather than listen to mine.
Regarding your question, staying at the place of return for even just one minute is sufficient, but since we never know the exact birth horary, half an hour may be more than adequate.
Best wishes.
Dear Ciro, hope this note finds you well. I am writing you to pick your brain about my upcoming Lunar return on 12th Sep. Given the ASR in Vietnam Nha Trang would you recommend a relocation (in Toronto for instance) or you think I can afford a bad lunar return in Italy? Thanks in advance
Andrea C born in Piacenza on 17/7/71 at 10.50am
Dear Andrea,
Of course, the Toronto ALR would be excellent, but I also believe it would be very expensive. I would rule out Italian or European ALRs for Mars or the Sun between the first and twelfth houses. As you may have read, my wife and I have been choosing ALRs for almost a year now, which I call “2.0,” meaning imperfect, but also more accessible to ordinary mortals.
I wrote on social media, but you may have missed it, that there’s currently a direct EasyJet flight from Milan for €50 that takes you to Tbilisi, Georgia, in 3 hours and 50 minutes, north of Iraq, where you could get an excellent ALR at a very low cost. The flight doesn’t run every day, but for the outward or return journey, you could reach your destination by triangulating via Athens with Aegean Airlines.
Best wishes.
Hello, Mr. Discepolo, I’m asking for your help in figuring out where to spend my next birthday. I live in Sassari, have a partner, and two children. Staying here would be a real challenge. I was thinking about Mumbai or Phuket, but I have some doubts, so I’m contacting you to see what you’d recommend. I want to have a peaceful year. Thank God, I have a job and family stability. I was born in Tempio Pausania on March 10, 1979, at 8:40 AM. Thank you for your attention, Alessandro.
Dear Alessandro,
I see you’ve had doubts after examining Mumbai’s ASR, and you’ve rightly tried Phuket, where you removed Saturn and Neptune from the fifth house (you were right!), but where—even so—you’ve accepted Uranus in the sixth house, which, at your age, young as you are, is starting to become a concern. I think I’d choose Bratsk, Russia, removing Saturn and Neptune from the fifth, removing Uranus from the sixth, and paying for a trip that’s certainly cheaper than the other two.
If you decide to do so, I suggest you contact Ms. olga@incoming-russia.com, who will organize a nearly perfect trip for you.
Thank you Ciro, I am actually starting it!
Thank you again for your time and suport, it’s much appreciated.
Thank you so much, the sooner I organize, the less I’ll spend, perfect!
Hi Ciro,
A lunar return on September 2, 2025 in Madrid shows a violation of the rules: three stars between the first and twelfth houses, but the rest is good. Since it’s a lunar return, do we still have to be strict about its use, or are some exceptions possible?
Filippo Santa Flavia (PA) August 1, 2025, 4:50 AM *
Filippo, the violation is there and it involves three planets that have to do with health: they can even be accepted, but if you are in good health, at this moment, and if you, although you could correct this violation, believe it is not so important to do so.
Dear Ciro,
Could you please advise whether you consider Istanbul a good place for my RS 2025? DOB 10 September 1978, Zalău România. Thank you!

Dear Ciro,
Could you please advise whether you consider Istanbul a good place for my RS 2025 as it seems to have Jupiter on 6th cusp (to regain better health) and Venus on 7th cusp. RS ASC will be in 4th natal. Although Mars is inn8 opposite Moon, MC is governed by Jupiter.

Alternatives would be Antalya or Constanta. But then Jupiter and Venus will no longer be on the cusp (like in Istanbul).
Initially I found Auckland good option but Saturn conjunct Neptune right on the 9th cusp was not good choice. In addition to very expensive trip.

Dear Crina, in this space, and only in this space, I answer readers’ questions, but there are some rules:
1) You can publish one post at a time.
2) You must always include your complete birth details, including date, time, and place of birth, even if you’ve already provided them in previous posts.

Dear Crina,
Let me explain a little about the wonderful software you’re using.
MyAstral is not only the most accurate in the world, even at very high latitudes and using Placidus, but it’s, above all, incredibly powerful because it can correct the mistakes of those who aren’t very experienced in Active Astrology.
In fact, you can ask it for a lot of advice to have a decidedly better year for your health, love, or any kind of growth, etc.
But you can do much more, and I’ll explain it to you starting from your question.
The three Aimed Solar Returns you propose here—the one from Istanbul, the other from Antalya, and the other from Costanza—appear wonderful because you’ve actually found a way to “rest,” at the time of your return, Venus on the Descendant and Jupiter on the fifth-sixth House cusp.
Wonderful!
But only apparently…
In fact, you didn’t realize that, by proceeding this way, you would be violating a very important rule of the 34 rules: you would be placing three stars between the twelfth and first Houses, which is roughly like placing an Ascendant in the twelfth House or a Mars in the sixth House…
And here we come to MyAstral’s wonderful “tutorial” and “corrector” function.
After you chose these locations, you should have done the 9 test, that is, you should have verified that these locations were among those MyAstral recommended for the birthday you’ll be celebrating in a few days.
So take a test: ask the MyAstral search engine to suggest the best locations, possibly with numerous stars, for health, for money, for love, for travel…
Do you think we’ll find Istanbul, Antalya, and Constanta?
No, we won’t: not even with a single star!
Why?
Because MyAstral can’t be wrong, even if it wanted to be wrong, and it could never suggest placing Pluto in the twelfth House and Saturn and Neptune in the first house.
Is that clear?
Let’s double-check.
Let’s ask MyAstral, again starting from your birth data, to find you an excellent location for love, or health, or work, or children.
Do you know which city it would suggest in all these different cases?
I’ll tell you: Moanda in the Congo, where Venus would always be exactly on the Descendant and Jupiter would always be exactly on the fifth/sixth House cusp, but where rule number 32 would not be violated!
Now, I don’t think you can go to Moanda in the Congo, especially since you wouldn’t have time to get the required vaccinations needed to get a visa. But that’s not the point: if you’ve carefully followed what I’ve explained, then even just a few minutes will be enough to find hundreds of other cities around the world that are suitable for your next birthday!
Best wishes.
Dear Master,
I have two questions:
1) I know that in a solar return, Saturn should be avoided at all costs on the MC or in the 10th house. But would Saturn be acceptable in the 10th house 20° away from the MC (so only a few degrees away from the 11th house) if the Sun were directly on the MC at the same time? Or would you prefer Saturn in the 11th house, even if you would then have a stellium in the 11th house with Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune?
2) Would you place Mars on the MC, or do you shy away from doing so?
Thank you very much for your unwavering work and research.
Yvonne.
Dear Ciro,
That is right this year there are many options, however 99% are either in very difficult and remote or either dangerous locations that it’s not possible for me to travel to 🙁 reason for which I thought I could choose one of those three location rather than the one I am right now at, which is Dubai. I am very puzzled as I simply couldn’t find a suitable location this year that is not on a remote island/area or a dangerous place to travel to where tourism is not really recommended especially for a female.
I have reviewed all the options listed in the Condition and still couldn’t find, unlike the other years when I managed without these challenges.
Maybe I am just not skilled enough in this? Could you please suggest a better option?
DOB 10 September 1978, 8:17 am, Zalau, Romania.
Thank you
Dear Crina,
unfortunately, we’re not quite there.
In Dubai, you would violate three important rules out of the 34:
1) You would place three celestial bodies between the twelfth and sixth Houses.
2) You would place the Sun in the sixth House.
3) You would place the Ascendant in the sixth House.
This can only mean that you don’t know the 34 rules, and if we were to start there, it would be like me trying to engage in a philosophical conversation with a Chinese citizen, but without speaking Chinese.
However, you continue to use MyAstral completely incorrectly: MyAstral could never recommend Dubai to you, and this means that you’re choosing the location perhaps by browsing the pages of a travel catalog.
Furthermore, let me add another consideration.
You write that you would never go to dangerous places: but what are dangerous places?
According to what parameters?
Did you know that the country where you were born and live has, for the last half century, been considered one of the most dangerous in the world by my students and clients?
So, if you really want to grow in this study, I recommend you choose from the cities MyAstral chooses for you. Otherwise, it all becomes just a game. A game where the damage can be very serious.
Dear Master,
I have two questions:
1) I know that in a solar return placing Saturn on the MC or in the 10th house must be avoided at all costs. But if it is approximately 20° away from the MC, almost in the 11th house, and the Sun is directly on the MC, would Saturn in the 10th house be acceptable? Or would you prefer Saturn in the 11th house, even if it would then lead to a stellium in the 11th house along with Uranus and Neptune?
2) Would it be acceptable to place Mars on the MC, or would you hesitate to do so?
I thank you for your inexhaustible work and research in astrology and remain with best regards.
Yvonne.
Dear Yvonne,
I have addressed these situations many times in my books.
Saturn should not be placed in the tenth House because the damage can be extensive and even permanent. I recommend never placing it closer than 12 degrees from the mid-heaven on the ninth House side. However, I sometimes accept placing it 10, 8, or 6 degrees from the mid-heaven if there are other important elements to be saved or if, for example, Venus is placed between Saturn and the mid-heaven.
However, there is no prohibition on Mars in the tenth House: I occasionally choose it for my ASRs, and I always experience difficult and tiring years, but they bring me important results.
I should point out that this pattern is not the same for every House. For example, I also accept Saturn in the seventh House, but almost never Mars in the same sector.
So how do you decide House by House? It’s simple: by studying my books.
Best regards.
P.S. For the Eleventh House, as I have explained many times, there is no prohibition.
Thank you very much for the answer.
Dear Ciro,
Could you please let me know your thoughts on which RS location would you find more beneficial overall and if ok, out of Buenos Aires, St. John’s Newfoundland and Tortola British Virgin Islands?
*RS of Buenos Aires: ASC is in natal 3, and ASC governor (Jupiter) is on the cusp of 8 house. Stellium in 4. Moon (governor of 8) right on the 5th cusp in a square with Jupiter and in a rather large opposition with a debilitated Mars the governor of 5 house who is also in a square with Jupiter (governor of ASC). Mars is also governing the 12th RS house.
*RS of St. John’s: ASC in natal 3, ASC governor, debilitated Mars, is in 11th house, Pluto on 3 cusp, stellium in 4, moon right on 5th cusp (governed by debilitated Mars) squaring Jupiter in 8house (7 degree orb). Sun conjunct Mercury on MC.
*RS of Tortola: similar to St John’s, but Moon is now in 5th house itself.
DOB 10 September 1978 at 8:17am Zalau Romania
Thank you!!
Crina, now we’re starting to understand each other. Buenos Aires could be a good choice, barring Uranus in the sixth house. Choose the eastern part of the city, so you don’t risk losing Jupiter’s cusp between the seventh and eighth Houses.
Saint John’s is also a good choice because you’d remove Uranus from the sixth.
Tortola isn’t a good choice because you’d put Neptune and Saturn in the fifth House.
The Moon, in the SR, doesn’t matter.
Read carefully, however, to understand what the bi-stable effect of Jupiter in the seventh and eighth Houses means.
Dear Ciro,
Thank you for your reply and insights! For St John’s, NF I was not happy with Pluto on 3rd cusp, looked up for an alternative – do you think Sydney, Nova Scoția would be a significantly better option?
Pluto will at least not be on the 3 cusp.
(DOB 10 Sept 1978, 08:17am, Zalau).
Thank you!
Why do you want to remove Pluto from the third cusp? Pluto is excellent there!
I was thinking about my daily driving not to be negatively impacted as I drive significantly every day… if that’s not an impact then will keep it there😁 thank you Ciro appreciate your time and support!!
Crina, a car accident is the last thing that can happen with Pluto in the third house of SR, but only if other elements of that sky indicate it.
Why didn’t you think that Pluto in the third House could lead you to profound and extraordinary studies like astrology?
I hope you study Aimed Solar Returns in my “Transits and Solar Returns” and not in Mickey Mouse.
Thank you Ciro, I am actually starting it!
Thank you again for your time and suport, it’s much appreciated.
Dear master
I need to calcolate the solar return of a friend who is an investigation journalist with a very well known blog As he fights corruption, he is always under attack, in particolare legal attack. He is born in Ancona ( Italy) on 8.10.1968 at 9.15 am. The time is confirmed by the bitti certificate. He never did a solar return before. I have identified two different possibilities: the first it is in Norway (Bergen or Floro or Stord) where saturn and neptune are in the seventh house. But i have doubts because he has several criminal proceedings pending againts him as he has been denounced for diffamation by certain corrupted people. The proceedings are not in Italy but in countries where he can not be sure that the tribunale is independent. So I would like to know if the position would be to dangerous for him. As an alternative I have identified Iceland ( Husavik) or Lanzarote. He would like to retire and selle the blog. He is also awaiting for a judgement for damages restauration as 10 years ago he was illegaly arrested abroad and put in jail so he should be paid damages but the relevant country is tricking the trial in order not to pay. Which option would you select and why? Thanks for all your help.
Dear Vipsania,
In his place, I would choose Bergen. I really don’t like the alternative of having Saturn and Neptune in the eighth House, along with the Ascendant in the tenth.
In the Norwegian option, he will certainly have to pay a price for Saturn and Neptune in the seventh House, but that remains the best option.
Dear master
Thanks for your answer! I have another question. You recently underlined that mars in the 10 house can be accepted and years with mars in.10 are ectic but in general also good for success. What about uranus in 10? Are changes driven from Uranus acceptables? In what circumstances? Any tip to use it?
Dear Vipsania, I wrote that years with Mars in the 10th of the Solar Return are tough, unethical, but still usually very productive, and I confirm this now.
Years with Uranus in the 10th, on the other hand, are “crazy,” like this star itself… We can never know which direction they’ll go, and so I try to use this position for those who live as if trapped, stuck, like a literary character from Oblomov… For those, however, who don’t want to attempt crossing the space between two skyscrapers on a tightrope, it’s better to choose other paths.
Dear Maestro,
I am writing to seek your insight into whether my next solar return is suited to my goals. I was born on 07 Nov 1995 at 17:36 in Gemona (UD). Do you think Noumea is a good SR to find a stable partnership? This return would have Uranus and Moon in the 5th house, Venus in 10th house and Jupiter conjunct the descendant. Uranus in the 5th makes me pause, because I have had the combination of Uranus in the 5th house (with Jupiter in 5th too) and Venus on MC in 2023 (SR in Teresina, Brazil), and that brought me an unstable partnership that fizzled out quickly.
Thank you for all your precious work,
GM
GM, Noumea is an excellent ASR, especially for love. However, I would clearly distinguish between two different realities: when you’re looking for love and how much you intend to preserve it. The instability of Uranus is favorable for breaking a relationship in this sector, but the duration of a relationship depends on several factors, starting with the birth chart: and you also have Mars in your seventh House. Then, again for the duration of the relationship, the relationship score with the person you find is important, and last but not least, your level of maturity will be crucial for a long-lasting relationship: I’m convinced that in this sector, the more evolved and respectful we are of the person we’re with, the more we’ll be able to maintain a long-lasting relationship.
Dear Maestro,
Thank you for your kind feedback!
GM
Dear Ciro,
We spoke in June here on the MyAstral blog about the oddities in my birth chart regarding my love life. It turns out there’s probably an error in my birth time. Now, for the Solar Return, I absolutely must leave Italy. I’ve looked at Seoul and Tokyo as two possible destinations. Both would allow me to avoid terrible positions, whether at 1:05 PM (birth chart) or 1:10 PM or 1:15 PM (I’ve left myself a 10-minute window because I still need to correct the time).
I’d like to ask your opinion, if possible.
I was born in Foggia on December 31, 1996, at 1:05 PM.
No, M., it seems to me that these choices of yours are not good at all. You can’t go halfway around the world to put Saturn in the tenth House or glued to the Mid-Heaven: the damage would be considerable, and to take that damage, you might as well stay close to home.
Uranus should also be removed from the twelfth House.
I recommend BYRON BAY, QUEENSLAND (AUSTRALIA), which is a small “miracle”: Jupiter very close to the AS, Venus on the cusp of the eighth-ninth House (!), Uranus not in the twelfth House, no stellium in the eighth House…
Good morning Ciro, thank you for your reply. However, it seems to me that the SR for Byron Bay (Queensland), Australia, gives the Ascendant in the 6th house, Saturn in the 6th house, Neptune in the 6th/7th house, Pluto in the 5th, and the stellium Sun, Mars, and Venus in the 4th house. I want to understand what I have wrong, so I’m trying different programs but the results are the same.
Dear M., yesterday you explained that you can’t always read this blog and that, since you’re very busy, you can come back here even months later. I understand and accept this, but—so—try to understand my needs as well as your own.
When I gave you this advice, I spent almost an hour studying on MyAstral. Today, many hours later, I deleted everything from my notes, downloads folder, and screenshots, so I have to redo everything to accommodate you. That’s not possible. But I’ll explain how to proceed so that you, when you find the time, can do it.
First of all, I’m referring to MyAstral, not other software.
Then you can proceed as follows: in the search, instead of indicating Love or the Tenth House or Wellness, etc., indicate a specific longitude of a House, for example, the 10th/11th cusp or the 8th/9th cusp, indicating the degrees, minutes, and tolerance. In that search, I indicated very strict tolerances, like 20 minutes of a degree.
Also remember that with MyAstral, you can search on a map, either in conjunction with or in parallel with what I just described.
It might take you hours, but if you do it yourself, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied.
Sorry, Ciro, I didn’t mean to be rude. Thank you for your help and suggestions.
If my RSM has excellent positions, do the beneficial influences manifest themselves automatically during the year, or do they need to be activated or ‘confirmed’ also by the RLM and obviously also by my actions?
Both: if the 100-meter world champion eats chips, spends the day on the couch and doesn’t train, he will only remain world champion for a short time.
So, to conclude, Mr. Discepolo, is it also possible to say that having a ‘protective and positive sky’ means that job opportunities will always be good, avoiding the bad ones? Thank you for your attention.
The expression “will always be good” is not appropriate in the context of a human activity aimed at interacting in the best possible way with the universe around us, but not from a perspective of fantasies of power.
Dear Master I need your advice to calcolate the RSM for a very good friend of mine born in Milan on 16.2.1961 ai 11.55. She is not married. She concentrated a lot on her work and she was a successfull manager in the fashion business. She has no family as her mother and uncle died recently. To complete the picture this year she was dismissed by her company. I found few different options very similar : Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, Fernando de Norogna. The difference being that she can have venus cuspid 2/3 or mercur and jupiter closer or not to the descendant. Which Town would you select? Was my reasoning ok? I tried to protect her health. Than to stimolate new agreement ( She might sign consultancy agreements for fashion companies), money to be independent and perhaps a new love!
Dear Vipsania,
I would definitely recommend Rio de Janeiro to your friend.
Dear master, a lot of friends are asking me suggestione on where to go for their birthdays. Thanks to myastral and the blog I have the possibilità to help them a lot even though for some of them it is very difficult to find good solutions. I have in particular difficulties in handling saturn and neptune when I can not place them in house 3 or 9. What to expect if saturn and neptune are in house 1?
Dear Vipsania, several unpleasant things are to be expected if Saturn and Neptune are placed in the first House: is it necessary to make a list?
Dear master
Thanks for all your help. I have another question on saturn and neptune together. What to expect when they are on the forth house? If you had the choice between saturn and neptune in 4 or in 7 what would you select? A friend who has several law proceedings pending partly activated him but also against him which house should prefer among the two? He is born in Ancona on 8.10.1968 at 9.15 am. I suggestedto him also thanks to your advise to go to Bergen. I did not submit to you the option of Jakarta as I was scared of saturn and neptune in 4 and I dismissed it immediately I though 7 was better than 4 and 4 too dangerous for family life. Is it correct my reasoning or wrong?
Dear Vipsania, I would say that the fourth is always preferable to the seventh, in these cases.
Dear Dr Discepolo,
I hope all is well!
In my current solar return (spent in São Tomé y Principe), Pluto is placed in the 7th house, on the cusp of the 8th; Uranus, the Sun and AS are in the 11th house and there is a stellium with Saturn, the Moon and Neptune in the 9th house.
These all point to legal matters being prominent this year, I believe;
in fact, I am currently in a legal dispute with my employer and pushing to receive a large severance payment.
When it comes to aiming my lunar returns lately, I have been placing the Moon, Saturn and Neptune in the 9th house in order to protect other delicate sectors from this (or other) stellium, or to avoid breaking any of the 34 rules, and Pluto has therefore been ending up in the 7th or 8th house.
By doing so, am I compromising my chances of a positive legal outcome, despite other positive planetary placements and no rules being violated?
My latest ALR was in Los Angeles airport / CA, and in October I was looking at Mumbai int. airport/India or Malé/Maldives (DOB 11 May 1980, 13:31PM, Livorno IT), which one would you choose (if any)?
All the best,
Valentina
Yes, Valentina, I can confirm: you’re choosing well, they’re all excellent choices except the one for your last birthday, which you almost made a complete mistake and then agreed to change for Sao Tome, as I advised you.
Thank you Dr Discepolo!
Yes, that’s right — you saved the day back then, and truly saved my year. I wasn’t sure you would remember me!
The ASR that had initially been calculated for my Bday was indeed wrong, prepared by someone claiming to be a disciple of yours but clearly not applying your teachings.
I am far from an expert, but I know enough to feel uneasy when I spot too many discrepancies with what I read in your books.
Sometimes my trust issues and Saint Thomas’s complex turn out to be my parachute… So three days before my birthday I contacted you hoping to get your opinion, and thought you’d never reply because to me you are a celebrity, plus you have millions of followers…
But you did!
And you were even kind enough to calculate the best available destination, São Tomé.
I often think of those who, in good faith, follow the wrong advice and travel far away, only to have a terrible year and then wrongly conclude that Active Astrology “doesn’t work.” It truly makes me sad.
After the experience of my last birthday, I decided to calculate all my lunar returns myself, with my limited knowledge but the aid of MyAstral and your books that I am slowly getting through.
So I am super happy when I hear your feedback that I have been getting them right so far!
I will just keep reaching out to you if that’s ok, when I have any doubt (I now for example wasn’t sure whether you would have approved Mumbai, since the degrees the AS is positioned at are close to the edge of the 2.5 degrees tolerance, but still fall within it).
Thank you so much for replying so far and for the generosity of making yourself and your immense knowledge (and wisdom) available to your followers.
With gratitude,
Valentina
Valentina, you’re welcome here!

“Master, which positions in a natal chart indicate the potential for a long life?”
Genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors are usually much more important in this regard than astrological values. For example, in small towns and villages where the average citizen lives very long, if parents and other relatives live very long, if the individual eats little or very little, if the individual is female, if the individual has suffered a serious trauma such as being in an extermination camp and was subsequently saved, all of this significantly extends life, beyond astrological factors where the values of Saturn and Capricorn can further contribute in this direction.
Dear Ciro,
The day before yesterday, an acquaintance of mine had a terrible car accident, a head-on collision with a tir on the motorway… He miraculously survived with a fractured sacrum and a month’s bed rest. He was very lucky. Checking his RS for Milan, he had a bad Saturn in the 6th house! For the aimed RS of 2025, could Anchorage be a good choice? I also found Surin in Thailand, but with Ascendant in the 10th house and Saturn in the 12th house, it’s an idea to be discarded…
thanks for your reply

Dear Angelo,
I don’t like the choice of Anchorage because I think the cusps of Mars and Saturn should always be avoided in ASRs, and in Anchorage, it would be truly useless and harmful to place Saturn exactly between the eighth and grandmother Houses. Better, however, is still in Alaska, YANKEE CREEK, with excellent Jupiter on the eleventh/twelfth House cusp, but with Saturn “abundantly” in the ninth House.
Thanks very much, dear Ciro,
you are always very clear, precise and enlightening
Good morning Ciro,
I’m planning my next sr. I know it’s quite early, but i need to arrange my budget in advance. I have detected two places: Dalian -Liaoning China- and Belem -Brasil-.
What do you think about?

Thank you and best regards.
Max
Dear Max,
Next spring, many people will get hurt because they haven’t understood Rule 34. Speaking of Rule 34, I like to recall a particular episode. A person was once about to develop a strong and very harmful accumulation, like this one, and asked me for help. I recommended a very distant location to place everything in the Third House, as you did (well) in Belém, and I explained to this person that the purpose of that move was to “force” the symbols to discharge into the Third House, for example, through a very heavy, almost daily commute. The person in question left, and as the year was drawing to a close, she sent me a letter full of hate and insults, telling me that her father was ill, that she was traveling 200 kilometers away almost every day to visit him, and that the ASRs weren’t working!! Naturally, I sent that person in the “right direction…”, but I don’t think, after all these years, he’s ever understood his own stupidity…
Back to you, Belem is fine, and I recommend it. China is absolutely not a good choice because Saturn shouldn’t be placed in the tenth house. Never. Best wishes.
Thank you so much Ciro. I was totally fascinated by the conjunction of Jupiter to the Ascendant, in China.
Have a nice day!
Max
Dear Ciro,
today I listened your topic on you tube about “the house cusps and the Gauquelin zone”;
In your opinion, is it possible to place Uranus in the Gauquelin zone of the M.C. or is it better to avoid it?
thanks for replay
Angelo
Yes, it is possible and even advisable if you want a radical change in social status, such as in the workplace or in your relationship.
Thank again ! Very kind for your reply
Dear Master,
I have a question: I seem to remember that you used to accept Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto in houses 1, 6, and 12. However, when I read your answers here in the blog, you now advise against this.
In which cases would you still accept these three planets in the houses mentioned? Only in young people? Or possibly also in older people (> 50) if there are no difficult transits at the same time? Or is such a placement now an absolute no-go in your experience?
Yours sincerely,
Veronica
Good morning, Veronica.
My 34 rules have never changed.
Placing Saturn, Uranus, or Pluto in the first, sixth, or twelfth house isn’t a violation of the 34 rules, but it’s not recommended either. I’d like to remind you that in my book “Transits and Solar Returns,” in addition to the 34 rules, there are also about 600 pages of explanations, which are not optional and should be read. In this regard, I think I need to further screen my social media contacts because it’s pointless to continue interacting with people with whom you have no similar, even remote, connection… So, as you’ve read from my answers on this blog, it happens that someone goes to the other side of the world to put two of these positions at the same time and then claims that the ASRs don’t work because she’s had health problems! So you understand that it’s not possible to act this way. The explanations are all in the book I wrote. Let’s take Neptune: it’s more about anxiety than actual illnesses. And, in my case, since I don’t suffer from anxiety, I’d also include it… But could we do this for someone who’s been anxious since birth? Saturn will certainly give us “real” problems that could even be touched upon, and it’s highly inadvisable. Uranus in the first or sixth House (never the twelfth!) can sometimes be placed, if one is under constant medical supervision, because, paradoxically, it can even save a life by revealing a deeply rooted illness. Pluto in the first and sixth Houses (never the twelfth!) can also be placed because often, if the ASR in question is one of professional growth, it can provide an additional boost… In short: it’s one thing to say they could be accepted, under certain conditions, and another to say they are accepted…
During my solar year from 2027 to 2028 I will get Saturn opposing my Libra asc. or transiting conjoint to Venus (Taurus Sun), so I’m scared. Trying to relocate a bad sr at home it was difficult to find a place to get a decent sr (Central America Venus at IC because the forth house is a place I want to defend too) but I didn’t find a place where I can protect the health. I have no idea how to exorcize Saturn, being single I can’t get a separation lol!
So I’m writing to ask for a more suitable place. Taranto 14.05.1971 h. 16,10. Thanks a lot.
Well, exorcising a Saturn in the seventh House of SR for a single person is easy: just accept, even if only for a limited time, a union we don’t like… In any case, there’s plenty of time until 2027: if you want, make some ASR proposals that might be right for you and we’ll discuss them here.
I checked the globe and I found out these places: Belize City or Teguchigalpa, very similar placement, and Samarkand or Buchara. The Asian cities get me in trouble because of the huge stellium in 11th house with Pluto in 7/8 house. About exorcising Saturn I have an idea after your words: looking for a partner as searching for a job, even if you don’t get the target Saturn has been paid off, isn’t it?
Good morning, Lalla, I’ll answer you this time, but that will never happen again if you write in this space as if you were continuing a private chat with me. Those reading this won’t know what you wrote in a question a few days ago, so in every single chat, you must include your birth details and clarify your question, as if it were your first time writing here.
So, let’s analyze your choices: Belize City might be fine. Tegucigalpa, if you mean the one in Mexico, isn’t a good choice because there you would place three stars in the eighth House.
Samarkand isn’t a good choice because there you would place Saturn in the tenth House, which would be a truly terrible choice.
Bukhara, if you mean the one in Uzbekistan, isn’t a good choice for the same reason as Samarkand.
Regarding stelliums in the eleventh House, I must remind you that there are no prohibitions, except when the conditions pertaining to rule 34 arise.
I would like to remind you and everyone that you cannot propose solutions that go against the 34 rules or fundamental points of the book “Transits and Solar Returns.”
Regarding the exorcising of a Saturn in the seventh House, there are several possible ones, and the one you mentioned falls within the scope of those I suggested.
Dear Ciro,
I’m really sorry you told me that you don’t do personal consult any more, that’s why I write you here.
So I write you my solar return that I find interesting let me know what you think please.

Good morning, Malena. I’m sorry, but I can’t give you any advice. In recent years, for some reason, I’d made an exception for you and followed you through some ASRs. In 2024, I advised you to go to Seoul to place that strong, ugly stellium, with Mars and Saturn close together, in the third House, explaining that this was to try to “push the stars, especially through a very painful commute for you” in the following months. You went to Seoul and then, several months later, you sent me an aggressive letter stating that that was the worst year of your life, having to travel about 200 kilometers from home every day to care for your father and…
Yet that had been precisely the purpose of the Aimed Solar Return for Seoul.
Astrology is a very difficult subject, especially when you don’t want to practice it at the level of horoscopes but rather approach it from a Jungian perspective.
I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for in schools other than mine.
Dear Ciro,
I’m really sorry you told me that you don’t do personal consult any more, that’s why I write you here.
So I write you my solar return that I find interesting let me know what you think please.

I’m grateful for your advice and I apologize for my mistakes. The huge stellium in 11th made me blind about Saturn.
Dear Master
I need to decide where to go for my next lunar return on 10th October 2025. My data are 17.12.1964 Rimini at 16.37. I have selected two options: 1 Turin ( Italy) or 2 Madeira ( Portugal). Which one would you select. My last RSM, I was in Bowen ( Australia) .
Thanks for any help in selecting the right one. Of course I am open to alternatives.
Dear Vipsania,
I looked at the two ALRs you suggested, but based on 4:43 PM, which is the time I believe you were born, they don’t work. I recommend Venice, which, while not perfect, offers great protection.
Dear Ciro, the reason why you disappointed me about my SR in Seoul, is because you did not considered the exact square of Saturn to my MC radix, in a solar return where you put the ascendent in the tenth house. This is your rule N.14.
That’s why everything was so horrible.
Now i am asking you if the places Sao Luis or Cairns could be fine.
Thank you
Malena
Malena, since you are able to explain how my rule number 14 should be applied and would like to explain it to me, you will have no difficulty understanding how your next 50 ASRs should be aimed.
Dear Dr Discepolo,
I hope all is well!
I am writing to ask your opinion on my partner’s ASR for 2025, he was born in Helsingborg, Sweden on October 12, 1979 at 10:00am; he currently lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
I am thinking Cyprus, towards Akrotirio Arnaoutis (to move Saturn away from the cusp with the 2nd house) or Ankara, in Turkey.
Mind you, he is another one of those who need to be kidnapped to be made to travel for their birthday, so exotic destinations would be a hard sell…
He has been having a hard time trying to disentangle himself from a ten years relationship that ended three years ago, due to shared children, properties and work interests that tied him to his ex.
This has taken a toll on his finances and stress levels, as well as his sense of emancipation at large.
It would be great if his next ASR could protect our relationship besides supporting him in leaving the past behind.
Thank you in advance for your precious insights,
Kind Regards,
Valentina
Dear Valentina, the Greek location you’ve chosen, despite the geographical limitations you mentioned, might be fine, but you can do better. First of all, why put the Sun in the eighth House? It’s not a bad thing in itself, but it could mean the end of something, the end of a journey.
Furthermore, Pluto would be very close to the Ascendant. At this point, Djanet, Algeria, on the eastern outskirts of the city, would be better, to maintain Jupiter’s cusp in the seventh House. The only problem is the visa: you’ll have to hurry to get it…
Dear Dr Discepolo
Thank you so much for your quick reply, will try Djanet/Algeria then and hope we can speed up the visa process!
Kind Regards,
Dear Ciro, hope this note finds you well. I am approaching another couple of nasty Lunar returns. October, with Saturn in XII, will be sub-optimal to say the least but I don’t think I can travel. November will be bad as well but New York cld be an accessible solution. What do reckon I should do? Do you think the ASR in Nha Trang cld be effective enough even without moving for ALRs.
Thanks in advance
Andrea C born in Piacenza on 17/7/71 at 10.50 am
Dear Andrea,
I recommend you reread the 20 rules in my book “Lunar Returns – Earth Returns,” where I explain that with a good ASR, you don’t even have to leave every month. In fact, it’s possible not to leave every month, but if you do, it’s better: the philosophy of this system is all there… 🙂
Hi Ciro, thanks a lot for the recommendation
Dear Master,
I have a question for you and I hope I can explain it correctly. In my professional field, there is a person with whom I have started working, who a few months ago acquired foreign citizenship in the country where he has worked for several years.
Calculating my birth chart relocated to the place where he lived in this foreign country, I noticed that it puts my natal Jupiter at the MC in the Gauquelin zone (about 1 degree from the MC in the ninth house).
My question is therefore: can this person’s acquisition of foreign citizenship be beneficial to me? Or is it merely an administrative matter?
Thank you very much for your attention.
Margherita, your question isn’t clear, at least to me.
Try rephrasing it, but use numbers, even if they’re imaginary: indicate how many degrees into a sign Jupiter is relocated for John in Cape Verde, for example, and how many degrees into a sign is your MC or AS, or whatever you want to compare.
Okay, Ciro, thank you for your help.
So, this person recently acquired Danish citizenship. For Copenhagen, where he initially settled, my relocated astrocartography chart shows a shift in my natal Jupiter to the Gauquelin zone: the MC would be at about 29 degrees of Taurus and Jupiter at 26 degrees. I gather, if I understand correctly, that Copenhagen is a city that can bring me advantages. Now my question is this: can the fact that this person has acquired Swedish citizenship bring me advantages, or is it just an administrative matter? Thank you!
Margherita, your message is rather cryptic. You have the right not to include all the information that might help us answer. For example, you mention Copenhagen and then Sweden… and without the complete birth data, I can only remain within the realm of probability. Yes, let’s say that theoretically this link, which I didn’t understand, could be helpful.
