My new book is available now, answering the question “Have we already entered World War III?” as well as the other question “Will the war in the Middle East end, and when will it end?”
The book is in Italian and English, both languages within the same volume.
As the opening couplet, I used three sentences from my own book:
- The stock market doesn’t bet on the end of the world, because there are no dividends in the end of the world.
- The telephoto lens sees the emergency. The wide-angle lens sees the cycle.
- Humanity doesn’t choose total war when it can choose a tomato pizza and a sunset in Positano.

Good morning Ciro,
sorry for the missing date of my LR. I meant 15/05/2026 in Cayenne and Darwin.

Hi Ciro! I’d like some basic information about the Solar Revolution of a dear friend of mine, Clementina, who was born on May 4, 1962, at 3:15 a.m. In your opinion, would it be okay for her to spend her birthday in Osaka? We’d place the ascendant in the 10th house and the two malefics in the 3rd. Everything else seems just as good to me. I look forward to your opinion, master. Thank you. Modesto Torres
Dear Modeto,
Repost your post tomorrow, rewriting everything and adding your friend’s place of birth, and I’ll look into the matter further.
Best regards.
Master Ciro,
I was born 07 September 1959 at 12H 30 Paris( France).
For my next SR I would like to protect my relation with my wife(sick) because I have a very bad aspect with Uranus and Venus.
My Astral show Bachelords island Manitoba Canada.
What do you think?
Thank you very much.
Cordialy
Dear Michel,
This choice is not a good one because it would protect you and not your wife, given that you would have Venus in the twelfth House.
First of all, let’s remember that in a situation like this, our wife’s birthday is much more important than our own.
However, if you want to give a positive push in that direction, I recommend COCOS-KEELING ISLANDS, COCOS (KEELING) ISLANDS (AUSTRALIA), where we would place Venus exactly on the fifth/sixth House cusp, if your birth time is reliable.
Nor should you try to emphasize the fifth or seventh House too much, as that would be counterproductive.
Best wishes.
Dear Master
I am calculating my next solar return ( well in advance). My datas are 17.12.1964 Rimini ( Italy) a7 16.37 ( I am still testimg it).
I have 3 choices: 1 Volgonsk ( Russia) where I have one cuspis of jupiter 1/2;
2. Tbilisi ( Georgia) where I woul also have the cuspis of Pluto 6/7 and
3 Barhain where I would have 3 cuspis: jupiter 1/2: pluto 6/7 and uranus 10/11.
My aim as usual is to protect health, to protect my career and my lovelife ( I just started a new relationship that have to face too many difficulties to last long) and my daughter. In all 3 options I will have also sun and mercurius in 5. Which one would you select and why?
Dear Vipsania, I’d say all three are possible and are almost equivalent. But I suggested you do a major test with your Lunar Return, where we’d have a significant test to determine whether Saturn would fall in the eighth house or not. I’d suggest you do this test first, accepting the risk of Saturn falling in your eighth house, and then, at least a month later, we could discuss these three options again.
Hi Ciro! I’d like some basic information about the Solar Revolution of a dear friend of mine, Clementina, who was born in Torino on May 4, 1962, at 3:15 a.m. In your opinion, would it be okay for her to spend her birthday in Osaka? We’d place the ascendant in the 10th house and the two malefics in the 3rd. Everything else seems just as good to me but I’m afraid she might get into a fight with her partner. I look forward to your opinion, master. Thank you so much. Modesto Torres
Dear Modesto,
Osaka is fine, but Fukuoka, not far from there, is at least double the value due to the fantastic Venus cusp between the fifth and sixth houses.
Regarding the worry about possible arguments with your partner, I’d say the concern is excessive, for the following reasons:
1) Jupiter in the seventh house can almost always be placed. Mars, on the other hand, cannot and should not be placed in the seventh house, and anyone who does so on purpose is stupid.
2) If a couple can’t tolerate a Jupiter in the seventh for a few months, even overcoming some tension in the relationship, then we’re talking about a relationship that doesn’t even exist on paper.
Best wishes.
Thank you so much, Master Ciro! That was a very clear and helpful answer. Thanks again.
Dear Dr Discepolo,
I am now looking into my next ASR, based on my date of birth 11 May 1980 at 13:31 in Livorno, Italy.
The priority is to protect/improve my finances by finding a job (I am unemployed) that pays in line with my experience, and by not triggering tax/fiscal issues. A secondary goal is stability, as I moved across 2 countries and changed 6 apartments in 3 years.
I couldn’t find options with Venus in the 2nd/8th/10th house or Jupiter at the MC, but I did find some with Venus in the 6th or Jupiter at the AS:
•Infanta, Pangasinan, Philippines (Jupiter at the DS and Venus on the cusp 5/6th house, protecting the work sector, although that may not guarantee high earnings. Besides, the moon is in the 2nd house).
•Vilhena, Rondônia, Brazil (Jupiter is at the AS, although I am not sure if it brings similar financial advantages to Jupiter at the MC..? The stellium in the 9th concerns me, as I live abroad; so does the moon in the 8th house, when it comes to tax/finances).
•Saigon, Vietnam (I was advised to split the stellium* between the 3rd and 4th house, but Mars in the 4th may bring more housing instability, plus here we lose the positive Venus/Jupiter cusps). *from your latest response, Mars and Saturn must be put in the 3rd, so I should probably skip this option then).
In terms of transits, Uranus will be in my 10th house, Saturn 8/9th (transiting over my natal Moon as well, more than once), Pluto 5/6th, Jupiter 11/12.
I would appreciate your advice over which destination to choose — or if you identify a more protective one, as with my last ASR, I would be grateful to then follow your expert lead.
Kind Regards,
Valentina
Dear Valentina,
as you yourself observed, it’s not possible to have everything we want in the same ASR.
So, if we have to “settle,” I’d say you could do just fine by going to Infanta, which is certainly the best of the three you mentioned.
Best wishes.
Dear Dr Discepolo,
thank you very much for your reply.
May I ask for a clarification: in my specific situation, where my current financial survival depends entirely on external sources (tax refund, unemployment benefits, severance), and considering the ongoing transits affecting my natal 8th house (Saturn over the Moon multiple times, Neptune), could a 3rd house stellium (Saturn, Neptune, Mars) falling into my 8th radix significantly cause damage to this area, even in the context of a positive ASR without malefics in the 1/12/8/6 houses?
Thank you again for your guidance.
Kind Regards,
Valentina
Dear Valentina,
I’m sorry to repeat myself, but it seems you all don’t want to consider that this isn’t a private chat between two people. Every time you write, you should provide your complete and accurate birth details, then provide an example of a specific ASR to discuss, and only then write your question.
Otherwise, none of us can follow what you’re trying to communicate.
Thank you.
Dear Dr Discepolo,
My apologies to you and the readers for the oversight.
My message is in regard to the ASR of 2026 connected to Infanta, Pangasinan, Philippines — DOB 11 may 1980 at 13:31 in Livorno, Italy.

Good morning, Valentina.
Your ASR for Infanta Philippines is truly excellent because it manages to hit two exceptional cusps: Jupiter between the sixth and seventh Houses and Venus between the fifth and sixth, without violating any of the 34 fundamental rules.
Then you want to go further and wonder if the upcoming transits (that’s what we’re talking about) of the three celestial bodies in the sign of Aries, which relate to your eighth House of the natal chart, could damage or render this excellent ASR useless. No, and this is explained well in my books. The ASR clearly wins over transits, and transits are very negligible compared to the ASR chart.
So does this mean we’ve achieved perfection and that there’s no better ASR than that of Infanta in the Philippines? No, I didn’t even say that, but I did point out that this is the best on Earth. But let’s not forget that right now three American astronauts and one Canadian are travelling to the Moon and therefore we can hope that in the future we will have ASRs with top marks!
Dear Dr. Discepolo,
thank you for your reply regarding my 2026 ASR in Infanta, Pangasinan, Philippines (DOB 11 May 1980, 13:31PM, Livorno – IT).
For my own learning, may I confirm that a split stellium between the 1st and 6th Houses is not considered problematic, as the rule specifically applies to the 1st and 12th Houses only?
Regarding my April ALR, I would appreciate your opinion on the following options: Narvik–Harstad airport, in Norway (stellium/ASC in the 11th, Jupiter and Uranus in the 12th, Pluto in the 10th) versus Bangkok, Thailand — where the stellium would shift into the 9th House.
Considering that I will be spending a month in Asia (Bali and then Infanta for the ASR), I am wondering whether further emphasizing the 9th House would be advisable in this case.
Thank you in advance,
Kind regards,
Valentina
Good morning, Valentina.
There are no stelliums between the first and sixth Houses: a stellium can only be found in the first or sixth, but not divided between those two Houses or between two other Houses.
Regarding your hypothesis of a LR in Narvik, it is absolutely impossible because a domification in which the Houses are less than 5-7 degrees can never be considered…
The Bangkok one is fine.
Dear Maestro Ciro,
Congrats on your new book I’ve just read it, it is so intellectual refreshing Thank you
Thank You to You, Margherita.
