I need your help to calculate the solar return of a very good friend. He is born in Ancona on 8.10.1968 at 9.30 am (birth certificate).
He is a very effective and reputed journalist. He is often attached by enemies also with court cases and have few legal proceedings pending.
I have identified different options but none is convincing me in full.
the options I have identified are the following:
1 Canada – Fort Hope Ontario or similar places in Michigan USA.
as alternatives
2 Sharm El Sheik Egypt or
3 Tel Aviv (Israel) where however there are two cuspides (uranus 5/6 and Pluto 1/2) that makes me difficult to approve them as he had a pneumonia this year and I need to be carefull with his health.
What would you suggest to him as place to go?

Thanks master. The subject indicated me 9.15. But I asked to see the birthday certificate and the certificate shows 9.30. So there is a discrepancy between the timing given by the mother and that of the certificate. I am working on that of the certificate. Am I right?
