I would like to submit the places I have researched for my next solar return (Pescara, 23 January 1989, 19:28). If I stay at home, I will have a terrible solar return
I have found three solutions:
– Suzhou, China, in order to move the planetary cluster to the third house
– Ceduna, Australia
– Cancun, Mexico
My goals would be to move and turn my love life around, which has been non-existent for seven years. I had thought of Ceduna, but in that case, what should I think about the cluster in the second house? Could it be very dangerous or could it indicate heavy expenses for the house? Also, after my birthday, I should apply for a grant from a foundation (I mention this, but it is not the main objective compared to the others).

Maria, I’d choose Australia, but with a little adjustment to that Uranus on the sixth House cusp, which isn’t ideal.
The stellium in the second House probably refers, as you observe, to the money that will be flowing into the home, but it could have two other meanings that shouldn’t be underestimated: potential incoming money and greater visibility of your person to others.

With your permission, I would like to add that, unfortunately, I am unable to move Uranus in the sixth house. I was wondering if, together with the stellium in the second house, Uranus in the sixth house could also indicate a change of job (which would be consistent with the change of house/city and, as you point out, with new income and expenditure). Of course, it will cause some disruption. The fact is that I am interested in putting the ascendant in the fourth house (which I cannot do by going to China) because I want to change region and move closer to my parents, who are getting older.

The two locations you suggest don’t seem advisable to me because the first, in Norway, has Neptune in the 12th House and Uranus very close to the Ascendant. If you’ve been reading this blog in the past few months, you’ll have noticed that another reader received poor advice and ended up with the exact same two conditions, which, following a poor ASR, led to the almost total detachment of two retinas…
The second location you suggest, Iceland, is equally not advisable because it gives us Uranus in the sixth House.
Now, if we had no choice, we could also accept these positions, but why go there if there are valid alternatives?
I recommend, instead, SAINT JOHN, NEW BRUNSWICK (CANADA), not to be confused with Saint John’s, also in Canada, but in New Foundland.

NOW, WITH A CLEAR MIND, I CAN SAY THAT VENUS IN THE SIXTH HOUSE IN THE RS WITH NEPTUNE AND URANUS BETWEEN THE TWELFTH AND FIRST CASE HELPED ME POSITIVELY OVERCOME A HEALTH PROBLEM THAT HAD PROBABLY BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME. I FOUND EXCELLENT DOCTORS AND THE SURGERY WAS A WINNING PROBLEM.
I MANAGED TO SPEND MY 2025 RS IN HERAKLION AND IT WAS TRULY A FEAT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SUN IN THE EIGHTH HOUSE HAS ALREADY LED TO THE BREAKDOWN OF SOME IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIPS. BUT GIVEN MY CONDITION, IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO BETTER.

The next two lunar returns (November 30th and December 28th) have been though for me to figure out so far, as there is a whole group of planets lining up at that time and I am not sure in which house to place them in order to manage their impact.
I identified Muscat/Oman and Dubai/UAE for the ALR on November 30th, although the presence of a stellium incl. Mars in the 5th house worries me because I am in a relationship..
But if I relocate the LR elsewhere in order to place Mars in the 4th house, Saturn will end up in the 8th house, aligning with the current transit of the same planet in my 8th natal house.
December 28th is even more complicated, I selected Ankara/Turkey or Tbilisi/Georgia as possible options.
I would much appreciate your insights and advice,

Valentina, it’s best to look at one case at a time.
For November 30th, I’d choose Muscat because the stellium in the fifth House is essentially positive and because Jupiter, very close to the Ascendant, could provide you with at least partial protection. Furthermore, if a romantic relationship were to fail simply because of a less than perfect LR, then it would mean it’s not a good one.

Thank you for your reply, so Muscat/Oman it is, for my November 30th ALR.
That location seems to be a good option also for the previous ALR, on November 3rd; or Dubai/UAE, as an alternative.
The only doubt connected to choosing Muscat for the November 3rd ARL too, is connected to the need to safeguard the legal sectors of my chart, due to an ongoing dispute with my employer.
I wonder if Mars in the 11th house would affect matters negatively, considering the sun/uranus placement in the same house of my current ASR.
I include my birth details again for reference: May 11th, 1980 in Livorno Italy at 13:31PM.

Valentina, a mio parere, la tua domanda si presta ad una triplice osservazione.
Innanzitutto direi che potrebbe essere sensato, da parte nostra, cercare di influire sull’esito di una disputa legale, solo se fossimo certi che la “sentenza” ci sarà nel mese in cui prevediamo che ci potrebbe essere. Però ciò confligge molto con l’esperienza pratica dato che, soprattutto in Italia, le questioni legali possono durare anche molti anni e nessuno è in grado di prevedere in quale mese esse si concluderanno.
In secondo luogo dobbiamo considerare che le priorità della nostra vita sono altre (la salute, innanzitutto, ma anche i rapporti di coppia, la sicurezza economica e quella di non perdere il lavoro, il benessere delle persone care e via dicendo).
Questo significa che se noi volessimo escludere anche Marte dalla undicesima Casa nelle ALRs, allora dovremmo cominciare a ipotizzare spostamenti mensili anche su Marte o su Giove.
In ultimo, ma non per ultimo, quel Marte in Medio Oriente potrebbe essere sfavorevole nel senso che hai citato, ma il Giove in settima, invece, potrebbe anche far risolvere bene un conflitto in corso.

I see your point, and definitely agree with you.
Here is a little more context to my current circumstances: I live in Sweden where legal processes are much faster than in Italy, but I am not currently dealing with a court case, rather with a negotiation between my lawyer and my employer to secure a severance payment.
If my lawyer doesn’t succeed in reaching a payout agreement, the alternative for me is to be forced into a demotion at a lower salary, due to a corporate restructure in which my role has been eliminated.
Of course for the employer it would be convenient to keep a professional with 25 yrs international experience in a lower-paid job, while still getting all the benefits of her experience.. that’s what I am fighting against.
Negotiations are moving at a moderate pace, and will keep evolving until end of December so the months leading up to that are crucial.
Meanwhile I am living in uncertainty, not knowing whether to renew my apartment rental contract in December or leave the country altogether;
I have no other work prospects – but a severance payment + benefits would give me enough time to reorganize my life and professional situation, whilst being forced into a demotion would be much harder, both financially and in terms of the impact on my career.
I am not to sharing this to complain, but to give some background, as I still feel blessed: I have options, which is more than most people can hope for, and friends, decent health, a family back in Italy and a loving relationship.
But if I could positively influence the outcome of this legal negotiation, that would set a good foundation to rebuild from.
