I have a question, on page 474, when you describe the meeting with the astrologer Waldner, in the last line: “He told me some very important things, for example, looking at my birth chart, he told me precisely that in ’75 I would have a baby girl. Which promptly happened”.
He wasn’t able to know where you would have spend your birthday in the future 1975, and since Transits are not as powerful as a solar return, unless in the SR it confirms the current transit. How is it possible that he was able to make this prediction?

Your post worried me a lot because I feared, believing what you wrote, that I had the onset of Alzheimer’s and…, then, I went back to read that page of the book that confirmed to me that my memory is still very clear and that that prediction was made by Peter Van Wood and not Francesco Waldner.
So, having said that, let me repeat, first of all, something about my two very good colleagues and then I will try to answer your question.
Francesco, with whom I also bonded a lot on a human level, was – we could say – more of a seer than an astrologer and it was fascinating to listen to him also for the many stories he told you and in which historical and legendary figures such as Sigmund Freud and others appeared.
Peter, with whom I always had an extraordinarily good relationship, was one of the few great astrologers in the world that I had the honor and pleasure of knowing personally. He was truly able to make predictions like the one I recalled in my book “Man and the Stars”.
And here we come to your question, but to answer it, I must preface something that we could take for granted and that, instead, is not at all.
Before me as an author of Astrology, predictions could be made and were made only using transits to which someone added very partial readings of Solar Returns. Someone else also added Primary Directions, Secondary Directions, Symbolic Directions, etc., but since they were all fallacious, they went nowhere.
Then came the undersigned and proposed a reading of events based on the very close and essential intertwining of positions of the Natal Sky, of Solar Returns, of Lunar Returns plus transits, but the latter greatly scaled down.
This method on which I still base the main basis of my school, is, in my opinion, very important, very true and decisive, absolutely decisive, in the reading of the small and large facts of the life of every human being.
My dear colleague and friend Peter Van Wood was very good, in some things he was the absolute number one (for example in recognizing “by eye” the solar sign, the ascendant sign and even the zodiacal degree of the Sun of a person just seen for the first time!!), also very good at reading transits, but unfortunately he did not know – because he did not practice them – the SRs and the LRs.
This meant, returning to the example you cited, that, with respect to an extraordinary event in the life of a subject, such as the birth of a daughter for me, he hit the bull’s eye!
He saw, by eye and immediately, that Neptune would pass at zero degrees and for the only time in my life on my radix Moon in the fifth House and made his correct and excellent prediction!
Unfortunately, however, he would not have been able to see many other things that can only be seen in the interweaving that I have just indicated and that works very well, as I have already written, “not only for the facts of the past, but also for those of the future” of any person who wishes to test this method!
I’ll give you yet another example.
As you may know, for several years, in addition to various other realities, I have been dealing a lot with criminal news to help read the reality also in this unfortunately important chapter of our current society.
A case that I am following a lot and that is on the front page, every day, of all the Italian newspapers, is the murder of poor Chiara Poggi in Garlasco, in 2007. For this murder there is already a culprit, but every few years some magistrates try to accuse another person, Andrea Sempio, of being the real author of this murder.
I obtained his birth data and, analyzing simultaneously and with a single vision his Birth Sky, his Solar Return of the event, his Lunar Return of the event and the transits, I was able to establish that he is absolutely innocent and that he has nothing to do with this horrendous crime.

A drastic change of home occurred in 2021 with the RSM of Cancun. I had to leave Bologna to initially go to my sister, who theoretically would have hosted me with love. Instead, she forced me to literally run away, and I found a solution volunteering in a recovery community that gave me food and lodging in exchange for work. I spent my last Astrological Reckoning (ASR) in Honolulu and found my ASR values to be exactly the same, except for my health. I’ve had several health problems over the year, and a few days ago I suffered a vitreous detachment in one of my eyes.
Was this problem caused by Mars in the 2nd or Neptune in the 12th? I thought I was protected with Venus in the 6th.
Now I have to decide on my next ASR. My goals are to protect my profession and my health. I’m undecided between Athens and Reykjavik. I’m afraid of the 7th house values in Athens: I work in the legal field, I’m always exposed to lawsuits, even personal ones, and I’m a member of an association that’s doing well now.

What happened to you after the Honolulu ASR seems pretty clear to me: in that Solar Return, you placed Neptune in the 12th House and Uranus in the 1st House, two positions that are certainly dangerous for your health. I wonder, in this regard, why go that far to choose these positions? Venus in the 6th House couldn’t protect you because, as I’ve written in many books, when in a Solar Return (or in a Lunar Return), we simultaneously have good and bad positions regarding the same topic, for example, health, the negative positions will tend to manifest.
Now, I believe you should, first of all, place a highly protective position for your health, and I recommend, instead of Athens or Reykjavik, Nyala, Sudan, international airport code UYL, where you can place Jupiter zero degrees from the Descendant, as well as Mercury and Venus in the 7th House. You’ll also place Saturn and Neptune in the 3rd and Uranus in the 5th House.
Pluto in the first House (not the twelfth!), far from the AS, doesn’t scare me much and often indicates a year with greater willpower and even a heightened level of eroticism.
Be careful, though: I don’t know your travel history, but you should know that such a trip is only for class A travelers.

In nessuna delle 34 regole sono descritti effetti devastanti di Nettuno e Urano in 1, 6 e 12 casa. Quantomeno non gli effetti che sto subendo io: come se mi fosse passato sopra un tir in un momento in cui peraltro sono completamente sola!
Forse c’è qualcosa che non torna nelle RSM.

Andrea, there’s plenty of time before your 2026 birthday, and I advise you to think carefully and study further.
Lisbon, which you’re proposing, absolutely can’t work because it would put three stars in the eighth House, which would be a serious violation of the 34 rules and a terrible year for you.
But you shouldn’t even consider Rio de Janeiro and other Brazilian locations because, while it’s true that you’d get a Jupiter close to the Midheaven and a Venus in the 11th House, placing Saturn in the sixth House would be a terrible idea. And what if you also moved that Saturn to the fifth House, adding it to Neptune, also in the fifth House, and to Uranus and Mars in the seventh: are you sure you can tolerate that?

The best ones I have identified are George, South Africa and Kiritimati, Kiribati – both hard to reach as my meeting with my manager is on August 14th..
I also found Tralee, Ireland – but I am concerned about the negative stellium in the tenth house, that I am not sure could be neutralized by Venus conjunct Jupiter at the AS, and Pluto on the cusp of the 7th/8th house – since I will have to deal with legal matters and payouts. Would my positive ASR with Venus at the MC be enough to neutralize them?

We have to rule out Tralee in Ireland right away because it would make you violate one of the 34 most important rules: you would place three stars between the twelfth and first houses. Furthermore, you would place Saturn in the tenth house, which is truly terrible.
George and Kiritimati are both fine, but from what you wrote, you would need a private jet to get there and back in time for your appointment with your boss, a few hours after your return.

Angelo, as a first approximation, I would have thought of São Paulo, Brazil, with Jupiter zero degrees from the MC, but São Paulo is certainly one of the most violent and dangerous cities in the world, and since you, by birth, have Mars in the first house, I would certainly rule it out. Thailand could certainly be a valid alternative with Venus in the LS. Bari, Brindisi, and Lecce would also have been excellent, with Venus zero degrees from the MC, but with Mars dangerously close to the AS. So I suggest you consider another alternative, in the most beautiful country in the world: Trieste, with Venus very close to the MC, but with Mars not extremely close to the AS. Best wishes.

Let me give you an example. Many years ago, I had to renovate my house from scratch. That website was hacked almost every month, and I paid a lot of money to give it back to everyone for free. Then I got tired of doing that and took it offline. However, when I decided to publish the 34 rules, I explained that there was no longer any need to know this index because, from then on, we could assign a specific name and surname to each individual position in an Aimed Solar Return and an Aimed Lunar Return. Currently, MyAstral.org can calculate a virtually infinite number of ASRs and ALRs in a very short time, discarding the ones that aren’t suitable and also acting as a tutor for anyone who wants to learn, so the Yearly Danger Index no longer has any value. If the second part of your question refers to synastry and not “left pairs,” then the answer is yes: this can be calculated on the MyAstral.org platform, and it’s a free section you can access without registering.

Searches for the best ASRs and ALRs, however, are subscription-based, don’t include sandwiches, and aren’t expressed with a Dangerousness Index of the Year because, as I’ve already explained, such an index, after the clear publication of my 34 rules, is no longer necessary.
